Frequently asked questions

Do I need a credit card to try it?

No. A new account comes with 5 songs to try, no card needed. The trial is a one time allowance, not a monthly one.

Is there an annual plan, or only monthly?

Both. The yearly price covers twelve months, and an automatic discount takes two of them off, so a year costs the same as ten months. The discount is applied at checkout without a code.

Can I cancel anytime without being charged?

Yes. You can cancel whenever you want. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle, monthly or yearly, and does not renew for the next one.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Credit card in any currency. In Brazil you can also pay with PIX or Boleto.

How much storage do I get?

Each plan includes cloud storage for your songs: 2 GB on the free trial, 10 GB on Starter and 50 GB on Pro. A separated song takes about 75 MB.

Can more than one person share the same account?

The CueWee subscription is individual. You can share your songs with other people, and on the Pro plan you can share with up to 20 members, but each person needs to create their own account. Recipients of shared songs do not need a subscription.

Does the subscription work in the mobile and desktop apps?

Yes. CueWee runs on the web, as a desktop app for Mac and Windows, and in the iPhone and Android apps. Your account and songs sync across all your devices.
